SHIPPING POLICY
At SKYRENE, we want to ensure that our customers receive their purchases in a timely and efficient manner. We offer free shipping on all orders over $25 and a flat rate of $7.99 for all other orders. We use reliable and trusted shipping carriers to deliver your order right to your doorstep. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can easily track your package. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Skyrene, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below:
Returns
• We accept returns within 14 days of the original order date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags still attached.
• Items that show signs of wear or are returned without tags will not be accepted.
Refunds
• Refunds are available upon request for eligible returns.
• A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.
• Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are only offered for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
• If your desired size is not available, we can issue store credit or process a refund (minus return shipping fee).
How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at customerservice@skyrene.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping label.
3. Once your item is received and inspected, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed
